Review content:
On 10-21-2011, I purchased a new chevy van from Sands Glendale. I also purchased a Safe-Care Maintenance Contract which states in writing that oil and filter will be changed every 3 months or 3750 miles and oil, oil filter, air filter and tire rotation every 6 months or 7500 miles. On 4-19-2012 when I took my Van in for service, I was informed by my Service Advisor that my Safe Care contract only covered oil & filter changes every 6000 miles and air filter would not be change but twice, Feb.2013 & July 2015. When I told him that was different from what I purchased, he said there was nothing he could do and told me to call Safe-Care. Called Safe-Care and they told me to contact the selling dealer. Called Sands Glendale and asked for the manager who listened to my story but said I would have to talk to finance because they sold the contract. Transferred to Finance Manager who said it was ""dumb"" to cahge my oil that often (every 3750 miles) and that I did not need an air filter that often and if service said I needed an air filter more often than my contract would pay for, just refuse to relace it. I told him I expected Sands to live up to the written contract. I wanted them to give me what I purchased and paid for regardless of how often he thought I should service my vehicle. He took my phone number and said he would look into the issue and call me back. That was on 4-19-2012 and as of today, 5-14-2012, I have not been contacted by anyone from Sands Chevy.
