Review content:
I have been a patron of the Serving Spoon for years and have enjoyed the food so I decided to share my experience with visiting family this past March 22nd. After finding parking which was not easy, I was greeted by a woman around 10:45am who noticed that I had a thermo mug in hand and she immediately admonished me that I could not come in with that. I told her I was going to purchase more coffee when I finished what I had and she said that I still could not come in. I told her that this was never required before and no one ever said I could not in the past. At this point I escorted my family who was visiting from Texas to another resultant that I frequent and they were glad to serve me, mug and all. I was very angry and disturbed not only as a patron, but because the woman could not see past her policy to use this as an opportunity to invite visiting people in and allow me to enter and still let me know about the policy for future visits. You may have lost a customer and I will be writing a review to your site. Gee
