The Douglas County Plan Center is a Builder?s Exchange serving the construction industry in Douglas County as well as throughout the State of Oregon. Our Primary focus for Construction Projects is Southwestern Oregon, however, we do make sure we have ample projects throughout the state to satisfy all of our members. \r \r We currently have members throughout the State of Oregon, from Medford to Portland, from the Coast and to Eastern Oregon. Our members build every type of commercial, industrial, institutional and public building; they supply building materials, fixtures, machinery and equipment for every type of construction; they build roads, construct sites, and culverts; any type of construction, the Plan Center will refer members.\r \r Our mission is to inform, promote and support the construction industry to build a better community by providing a comprehensive collection of Government, Public and Private Project Bidding Opportunities. Our Goal is to make your job easier, more successful and profitable!\r \r Members receive a Weekly Bulletin, published each Thursday, sent either by mail or e-mail. Listing all Projects at the Plan Center the time the bulletin is mailed. The Plan Room is open to any Full-Member, complete with a wall-long drafting table set-up with 3 seats in a comfortable setting along with and a designated computer to view the Plans and Specs on CD. Full-Members are allowed to Check-Out plans over-night beginning at 4:30pm and return them by 9:30am the next business morning. The Plan Center is a Copy Center, copying prices vary upon type of membership. We offer Wide-Format Copying (Reprographics), Enlarging/Decreasing, Digital Printing & Scanning, Regular Copying (Letter, Legal, Ledger), Double-Sided, Stapled, 3-Hole Punched, Large Quantity Abilities, Book Binding, Printing Plans/Specs from Email, Printing from CD?s.
