As a business owner I would never cross another if they did not deserve it...but EOC in Massillon is horrible. The owner or manger told me to deal with my bad deliver after I tipped his deliver guy five bucks and was trying to be very nice when calling to complain......The sandwiches where truly awful....they really where....the breadstick where even bad...How do you miss up breadsticks....????? Don't order from there you will regret it....
Pros: Their sauce and customer service is horrible....
Cons: IT SUCKS....
