My husband and I fell behind on our mortgage when he lost his job about a year ago. No matter how much we tried our mortgage company would not work with us. We called them everyday just like they asked, sent in the documentation that they asked for over and over again and applied for modification after modification to no avail. I called usa legal funding and spoke with Keith our rep about our situation. He put together a plan that helped us to pay down our arrears and take our home out of foreclosure and make our mortgage payments for a least the next 3 years. They really helped us when we needed it the most. They explained the process and walked us through everything. Great people, great plan, great service. Seems as if the living poster is a competitor or something because that is not the experience that we had. Anyway we couldn't be happier with our experience and if we ever got into a situation like that again I would call them 1st. They did exactly what they told us they would and I cant thank them enough for it.
