that there's only one way to make a fish sandwich, right? 1 or 2 filets of catfish (or whiting), red onion, mustard, pickle, and hot sauce on white bread. Doesn't sound hard, does it? Evidently, it's harder than it sounds, because Bolton's has the best fish sandwich in Nashville. Nobody else even comes close. The service has always been prompt and friendly, and in my past days working around east Nashville, I got to be a bit of a ""regular"" and they almost always knew what I was after before I even ordered. Highly recommended for anyone who likes a touch of soul in their dining.
