Ironically I came here to write a long overdue review on Maple Hill and Toro Mowers. Only to find the same person who had written a poor review was in the store the same time last year that I was. I also purchsed a mower from Maple Hill, I also had to bring it back, the huge difference is, I brought it back, the mower was not self propelling, and they fixed it as advertised in the warranty. There was actually a recall on a small screw in the mower that needed replaced. I had my mower back in 24 hours, good as new with no charge to me. AND had I not dealt with Maple Hill and the caring staff there, I would not of known there was a recall until a week later. Maple Hill's experienced mechanic had the problem diagnosed and treated before the Toro Corporation issued the recall. On a side note, I was in the garden center the same day as this ""lady"" and can tell you that on a rudeness scale.. Maple Hill Management and employees handled her far better than most others do. Infact, most others would have called the police to remove her and her male counterpart for disturbing the peace, and or harrassment. Fit throwing might be appropriate in the BIG BOX store but not a dedicated independant dealer who caters to your every need. Thank you Maple Hill for once again providing excellent customer service.
