I had dinner in the Capitol Grille 3 weeks ago with my wife. I was visiting from California and always wanted to see Nashville. This was my 1st visit to Nashville and I wanted to dine at the nicest place in the city. I asked the concierge at the Hermitage and she said you must eat with us in the Capitol Grille the chef is fantastic! We stay at many luxury hotels and it is important the the restaurant matches the hotel.
The service, food and abiance was exactly what we were looking for. I rate it with the top hotels and cuisines in the country. The Peninsula, Mandarin Orientals and even the Ritz and Four Seasons Hotels. I have already inform all my collegues and friends what a remarkable place to stay and eat. It rates a 10 for the fantastic experiance we had their. We will be back!
