I am so amazed that ""any"" business could have reviews like these and think they could stay in business or be profitable. I came on here to look up business hours, not reviews. But seeing how low they ranked, I was curious why. I would think that upper management would be all over this----to think that people don't look at reviews and bury your head in the sand is to be, uh, completely clueless. You know who is really your boss? YOUR CUSTOMERS. Without them, you have no ""business"". Treat them good, and you might get a good review--but treat them BAD---you are almost guaranteed one way or another-that news will spread. Sorry so preachy, I'm just trying to give y'all a customer's view of it. Just my 2 cents....
