I came across this site recently again because I just came
back from a trip from Europe with art work to be framed.
I had taken a trip to Israel in 2006 and brought back
art to be framed.The size of the pictures which were very
large and on cloth were completely cut down to nothing.
We spent a lot of time on these deciding what to do and
there was never any mention to cut them down. They
were suppose to be framed exactly the size they were.
I was not called for months to pick these up. When i got
there to pick them up I was devastated. Nothing could be done. It cost me so much money for them and I hate the way they turned out. I lost a significant portion of the artwork as much as 25%. She offered no explanation. I will never go there again and I caution everyone else to do the same.
