WORST Body shop in the South Bay. I drive a brand new Mercedes C300 and my back bumper was the victim of a hit and run accident. Unfortunately, South Bay Mercedes recommends this shop, which is a total fail on their part. I should have stuck with my instincts and gone to the original place I typically use, I actually probably would have had a better experience in a back alley in Tijuana. They tried to tell me that my car has under carriage damage which I find hard to believe, and because of this shops shakey reputation I have reported to my insurance that they need to further investigate the repairs that have been made. I stopped in 2 days after my car had been at the body shop to grab some stuff out of my trunk, which they had placed in my back seat, which was annoying there is no need to go through my stuff, you are repairing my BUMPER not my TRUNK. The same day I stopped in I also checked my mileage which they had not reported which was 3424 miles, I then noticed they had reported my mileage at 3430 miles and I picked my car up with 3433 miles! They reset my trip and my car also stated it had been drove for 26 minutes since the trip reset. I'm sure their employees enjoyed driving my car for 9 miles, picking lunch, and doing else they did. RUDE! Their receptionist the one that looks pregnant, has hickeys on her neck, and can barely understand, is also NO help. I called to check the status of my car and she shockingly was USELESS! I also called the day prior to picking up my car and asked her whom I should have the check written out to, she said ""Y&S Body Shop"" that is all she said, never did she say the check must be written from me. Why in the hell would I call and ask who to have the check written to if I was going to write it, clearly she lacks comprehension, too. They also moved and adjusted things inside my car, once again MY car not yours NO need to move my things around and BREAK an item that was on my dashboard. OH and move a bikini that was left on my passenger, they placed it in my glove box, WHY did you need to do that!? As far as the body work it looks fine, I'm sure with in time the paint with chip and it will look terrible, but hey what can I expect from this hell hole, only the worst.
