They were paid a little over $19,000.00 to repair my Mercedes ML500 and I now have more problems with my car than I did before the accident. My car sounds like a bucket of bolts and rattles so loud I have to keep the radio on or it would drive me crazy. They had to remove several things in order to do the repairs and I don't think they knew how to put the car back together. My windshield wiper no longer sprays the cleaner out and my air no longer cools after they ""repaired"" my car. The hood was also uneven and the paint smudged, those were the only two things they actually fixed after I took it back with all of these complaints!
