My small dent took 17 days to fix and when they gave back my dirty car it did not have new pieces like they claimed to the insurance. The ""new"" molding was scratched, there was still a dent and they did not connect part of the lower molding. I drove off with my children in anunsafe car and they knew! They got all the insurance money. They have never called back since I left so I have reported them to the state and the insurance company is investigating them.
Cons: Bad customer service, long waits and horrible body work
