Review content:
When I dropped off my clothes, the woman behind the counter asked if I'd been there before. I told her ""no"" and saw her lips curl in to a (in retrospect, it seems to me) sadistic little smile. She knew I was in for a big surprise. Days later, when they told me the bill was almost $200.00 for my four items, I told them (nonchalantly) they had mixed up my order with someone else's. Guess what...they hadn't. Plus, a linen jacket they'd cleaned was shrunk by a full size. \r

Look, I am all for superior service and a quality dry cleaner that charges $45 or $50 to clean my sweaters. But I want to know what they are charging upfront. She knew I was a new customer who'd just come in off the street without a clue about their pricing and she did not say a word about it. Instead, she got off on knowing that I was in for a shock (just my impression). That is what her little smile was all about. \r

This business should be REQUIRED by the City of Santa Monica to post their prices in a VERY VISIBLE location so that new customers know ahead of time about their unusual pricing. It's not 'usual and customary' to charge $200 to clean four items. How they get away with this is beyond me.
Cons: Extremely Expensive
