Review content:
I was assigned to a girl who was working with another future bride. I explained the type of dress I liked and that was as far as it went for customer service. My mother and sister had to physically help me pick out dresses. When i finally found the one that I loved. It was discontinued and had a make up stain on the front and the back zipper was broken. The dress was on sale and reduced price. The girl said that prior to sale the dress would be brought ""up to par to walk down the aisle."" When it came time to purchase my dream dress my mother wanted to reassure that everything would be taken care of. The woman at the counter said that it was to be sold as is and nothing would be taken care of. I found my dream dress on sale, it fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted to wear on what is supposed to be the most exciting day of my life. After realizing that i was just another sale for the representative and not a person looking for her dream wedding dress. The experience lost its excitement and we left the dress and walked out of the store. Overall my experience was terrible. I am 24 yrs and will no longer speak of Daivid's bridal as a place to begin what would normally be a happy start to planning a wedding. Pros: They had my dream dress on sale. Cons: There effort in fixing a problem. I was misinformed to better a chance for a purchase.
