My wedding is March 1. My sister made an appt with them over the phone on Jan 25 for me to try on dresses, they asked her over the phone when my wedding date was, and she told them. When I got there I was assigned to a ""consultant"" who was also assigned to 2 other girls. She asked me when my wedding date was (so that makes twice in less than 4 hrs) I replied March 1. After spending over 1.5 hrs with her and finding the dress, jacket and shoes no one ever mentions to me that I have to buy it that day since I am getting married in March. This is my second wedding and I have been to several bridal salons and I know how the system works. They choose not to be forthcoming with this information. Also they would not hold any of my items for me so I could go home and get the money. I was told it was first come/first serve and that I would just have to hope everything was still there.\r \r I got my dress with out to much problem but I wanted my shoes to be dyed to match the ribbon that went around my dress. I purchased those also on Jan 26. I was told that they are dyed only on the 10th and 20th of each month. One would think that since they were purchased on Jan 26th that Feb 10th would seem like a logical day for them to be dyed. NOPE!! They waited until Feb 20. When I got there (which is a 45 min trip one way) to pick up my dress and shoes, i was told that my shoes were damaged and that new ones would have to be shipped. They hoped they would be in the last wk of FEB. ALSO THEY DYE ALL THEIR SHOES IN THE STORE!!!!!!!!!! I called today (Feb 25) and they were not done yet. \r \r I spoke to a manager explained my disatisfaction with her company and asked to be compensated for my time, she told me that ""they don't compensate people but she would refund me the $3.00 that it cost for my shoes to be dyed"". HOW INSULTING!!!!! \r \r I have never heard anything good about this store and it amazes me that they are still in business. NEVER GO THERE. I would get better service at Wal Mart Cons: Service, Staff, Attention to Detail, Courtesy,Professionalism
