Wow, I can say I've never encountered such horrible service before until this Papa John's off Jeffrey in Irvine, CA. \r

To say the least, these people are responsible for taking an order, making pizza and delivering it in a reasonable time, and apparently are incapable of such seemingly effortless tasks.\r
\r
I go to school across the street and live nearby, in which case, I began as a frequent customer; however, EVERY time I visited this place, something goes wrong. \r
\r
Either their credit card machine shuts down, they mess up my order, my delivery time exceeds an hour, etc.\r
I couldn't believe it until the last time I ordered for delivery, this morning, and called to ask where my pizza is after an hour when they told me ""sorry, we're still waiting for the driver to get back."" I told them to cancel my order & goodluck with them!
