Review content:
So I live in the area and growing up was always told that Redbeard's is the best place in Arkansas to get a tat. THAT IS A LIE! I have gotten three from them now and each experience has been worse than the last, but this last time was so absolutely appalling that it assured I would never ever be back! I came early in the day, but the AC was out and the guy at the front desk said it would be better to try back later since it was too hot for the artists to do good work. Understandable, but when I came back that night the only artist they had available was this apathetic blonde chic that looked so bored that I thought my business would be appreciated. On the contrary, she made me wait twenty minutes while she finished beading a skirt that she was going to wear at some burlesque thing at the bar next door. I was on the verge of walking out when when she finally got to me, waving me to her chair with uncaring discourtesy. I tried to be pleasant despite my irritation, commenting on the fine quality of her art she had tacked on her walls. To this I got a noncommittal grunt and some brief small talk. She finished my tattoo in ten minutes and when I commented on how quick her work was she responded with, ""YA, BECAUSE DOING THAT SUCKED."" Seriously?!? I mean I had come across poor customer service before when dealing with people who work in this trade but such downright rudeness and blatant disrespect should not and will not be tolerated! If I could I would rate this place a negative 5 stars because people who act like that do not deserve the business they get or the income they earn. Everyone who asks, I warn away from Redbeard's Living Canvas Tattoos.
