Last time I went, I said I would never go back. I ordered Pretzel bites for my niece, was told they would be done in 5 minutes. I went up after 5 & was told 5 more, I then went up again, was told he forgot to put my order in, I ended up waiting for 25 minutes. And when I asked for my money back they said no. Well I ended up going again for a friends childs bday party. I ordered my son a $3 slushie, he spilled it seconds after having it handed over. He fell and banged his arm against a machine pretty good. I asked for a refill & was told no, I then asked if I still had to pay for the spilled one & was told Yes. The girl proceeded to tell me if they refunded for every spilled product they wouldnt make any money. Really??? What does it cost to make the slushie? At $3 a piece, thats gotta be at least a 300% mark up! What the hell happened to good customer service & management. I guess what can you expect when a bunch of teenagers are running the place! Oh yeah, when I asked if there would be a discount for me to skate since I was with a bday party I was told no, I had to pay full price admission & skate rental. Really!?!
