If you are purchasing from Ray Lusk Plumbing without an expectation for service/installation, you may have a satisfactory experience. However, I have never known a company advertising themselves as full-service, licensed plumbers who are unable to do 'code work' - plumb to any code approved project for LACK OF TOOLS. The company representative said their plumbers do not have the tools necessary for PVC pipe but if I wanted to BUY those tools, they could do the tub/toilet installation for $2400!!! This was for new construction: drop in air tub and Toto toilet.
