I used Northwest Trophy in Bellevue last year for basketball trophies for my sons team. When I was asked to order trophies for the soccer teams at my childrens school this year, I went straight back to Rich for help. I ordered trophies for 1st grade, two third grade teams and Kindergarten.
They have a great selection of trophies at all price points so it's never difficult to find something in line with every budget. Rich took the order via email and all the trophies were ready to go in three days!
Unfortunately, I miscounted the kids on my daughters Kindergarten team and ended up one short. Thankfully, she can't read yet so has been toting my 3rd graders trophy around as hers. Since we have to give the 3rd grade trophies out this weekend, I called Rich and explained what had happened and asked if he could quickly do one more Kindergarten trophy for her. It will be ready for me to pick up this Friday and my daughter will be none the wiser!
This is a great company to work with and I will be back again and again. If you are looking for a company that has a lot to offer and epitomizes customer service, this is a place you should not miss!
