They pressured me, gave me the run around. and then when I walked they (yes Angela - after an 8 year loan as well) kept my driver's license and ""lost"" it and now are being very rude and giving me the run around, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!! I had almost the exact experience as Angela R. - they are swindlers GO TO PHIL LONG OF DENVER INSTEAD and ask for Austin! they will at least let you leave the lot if they don't have anything.
