I rarely review online but wanted to extend a recommendation and really a thank you to the folks at Bay State PT in Southie. I developed plantar fasciitis training for my first Boston Marathon this year. The pain was so bad at times I thought I was getting stabbed with an ice pick in my heel. My podiatrist gave me some advice on how to control for inflammation but suggested PT. At first I was skeptical but quickly learned how valuable it was to get skilled treatment for this diagnosis. A combination of manual therapy, stretching, and ultrasound helped get me back on the road within 3 weeks. Without their help I might have not been able to finish my long runs and prepare for the marathon. Thanks again to the staff at Bay State, you saved me!
