So I needed to file for bankruptcy - something that left me feeling insecure and a bit inadequate. Ms North did nothing to make it easier. To start with my appt was late afternoon and when I walked into her building the lobby was completely dark. I had to carefully make my way upstairs to her dingy office. This does not make for the most impressive first impression.
She was nice at first, but the moment I asked any questions her demeanor changed to condescending and rude through the whole process. She charges $25 for a consultation - almost all other options offer you this consultation for free. Her paperwork is antiquated and looks like it was photocopied crooked and without a care. If she can't be bothered to make sure her paperwork is straight I can't imagine she is careful and thorough with her cases.
Needless to say, I did not go with her or her office. I found a MUCH better attorney that has a professional well lit office, gave me an hour for free, and was the EXACT same price. Although I probably would have payed a bit extra to have been treated well.
