Review content:
It's true! This is as perfect as a little natural foods market can be. From produce stockers that greet you with a smile and a friendly hello, to deli clearks that chearfully offer up a sample of just about anything in their case, PCC Redmond is my choice. The selection is astonishingly good (many things I assumed I would need to get at the larger Whole Foods, turned up miraculously in the asiles), while still very selective. The produce is always the best in or around Redmond. They also feature a number of (very popular) soups, sushi, sandwiches and other ready made food (available: vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options). And the icing on the cake, their bakery and cafe area is wonderful, serving up espresso, and some of the most perfect snickerdoodles i've ever had.
Pros: Still new construction, friendly staff
Cons: Location is a BIT out of the way, and they could stand to expand their seletion slightly (no soy grits to be found)
