Review content:
I've lived here for many years since I got out of the military and it's a great place to live. This park was worse last year but new owners/managment have really turned it around, it's a totally different community now. They got rid of all the bad elements and it's really a good place to raise a family now. It's one of the last places where you can afford to live and surround yourself with good neighbors who watch out for you. You can even rent to own if you want to buy a home so it's a good place to start for younger folks. As for the manager, she's a sweetheart, just don't give her any attitude because she will tell it like it is, Tennessee style...
Pros: good neighbors, quiet, close to shops, good staff
