I had to take the El Conejo from Dallas TX to SLP, MX the bus was scheduled to leave here at 7:30pm, we did not leave Dallas untill 9:00pm at the border we had to swap buses, the bus tht we where put in at the border was one of the nastiest buses ever, it smelled like suage. After passing Monterrey the bus driver kept stopping to pick up people and dropping off people that where in the side of the Hwy. \r

On the way back we again had to stop at Nuevo Laredo and swap buses, we spent 5 hours on the bus transfer because the bus was not there yet. They eventualy had to rent a bus from a diferent busline called Cougar, we left SLP at 11pm on friday night and dint get to Dallas untill 7am on SUNDAY!!!!!. When its only a 19 Hour drive. \r

I was very unpleased, if you asked anything to the staff for El Conejo while we waited, they would answer you with an attitude, tey would not want us to get down from the bus, while the bus was very hot inside, this people are not fit for customer service, they should not have this type of responsability for passengers, they should not be in business.
