Don't order countertops! What a diaster trying to modify your contract and getting your $$ back or even a phone call! They make you pay 100% upfront which I objected to but that's the only way they do it. Call after call, threats to report to regulatory agencies, promises of call backs - fruitless. I finally called their National Customer Compliant Center (1-800-683-1690 write it down -you'll need it). Promised to call so a store employee called saying the Department manager was out for a week, but the store manager would be in tomorrow (today) and would call. I told the rep I wouldn't bet on it. No call so I called the National Center again (as they requested) and now they're going to send an email to the store manager and he has until Tuesday to call back - and if he doesn't they'll ""esculate it"". I asked why they are not esculating it now since it's been several weeks of calling and return calls being promised, and I got some nonsense answer. Also when they do the countertop installation, they cut the cut-outs inside but don't tell you to cover everything up. I'm still cleaning up white dust. The actual countertop contractor said they sent everything to the Great Indoors that they need to refund. It's a joke.
