i wish there was a rating to say these people SUCK!~\r
\r
\r
These people are RUDE JERKS. I cannot believe the way I was treated just now on the phone. I called them wanting to take care of a debt. They wouldnt let me take care of it unless i paid it all at once. I offered to make payments, as my husband is unemployed right now. I explained that I am not able to pay more than 20 dollars every 2 weeks when I get paid. I was told it is ridiculous that I even have this debt and have had it as long as I have. ( I had numerous bills from a complicated pregnancy - this one must have fallen through the cracks) \r
after bing told how ridiculous my debt is, I asked to be transferred to a manager. Curtis laughed and said ""Good luck with that- I am the manager!"" Then he hung up on me. i called back to make a complaint and Robin treated me exactly them same way. \r
I am horrified that these A-holes think it is okay to treat people this way. they can take my debt and stick it.
