Review content:
The sales staff was difficult to work with and become openly hostile. I tried to purchase a car for a local relative, via email and phone.\r \r After agreeing to a price for a specific car, in writing, the dealership threatened to let a rebate expire and resisted sending documents via email to expedite the sale. I've recently closed on a house this way without difficulty.\r \r If you are trying to deal with these people by email, I would avoid doing business with them. Even in person, I would seriously consider all the negative comments and reviews about them.\r \r I will be writing Chevrolet about this dealership and would advise the same for others that try to do business with them. I don't know, maybe Chevy doesn't care either since they are getting guaranteed government money.
