DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. Then the Advisor told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. A week later I got a ticket for operating a vehicle with a safety issue and ultimately had to pay a fine.
I brought my car to another garage and they told me my pads were fine and it passed inspection.
They said that it wasn't possible to get a proper reading on the pads with out taking the wheel off. Ford of Londonderry definitely did not take my wheel off because I did not have the rim lock key in the car or with me at all.
I would not recommend Ford of Londonderry NH to anyone.
