Elly Nesis has repeatedly violated the law in the house I am living in. He comes by every day and walks around in the house. He never gives us a notice that he's coming by, and he shows up talking obnoxiously loud on his bluetooth. All the housemates and I have told him to stop because it's against the law, but he continues to do so. Now we have to make it a legal issue. He won't let us put any items downstairs in the living room and has stolen many items of ours, including televisions, bookshelve, tv stand, ottoman, books, etc. More than once he's taken a board game from the coffee table and locked it in the downstairs closet we don't have access to (another time he removed it from the house). He gave me a 3 day notice to comply or I'd be evicted because I had a skimboard outside my door. One time he went into the downstairs bathroom and put everyones toothbrushes in the sink. And I have proof of a maintenance worker entering my unit without proper notice and my permission. The shadyness goes on and on.... would you want a landlord like this??
