Review content:
We are new to the area and reached out to this interior design company to order new furniture for our home. We ordered two pieces of furniture through them. The first piece, buffet with shelving, arrived November 28, 2007, the top piece was warped so much that you could place your fist between the pieces. I have called each month sometimes each week, they never called me, promised that the replacement will arrive at the end of the month. After 6 months, I demanded my money back and that they take the piece back. They said they could take the piece back but that I would have to wait for a refund. I refused to return the piece until I receive a check. Then they said they would have to wait for the furniture company to extend them a credit. It has now been 7 months since I received the damaged piece. I thought that hiring an interior design company would mean less hassle and personal service. Avoid this company.
