I would suggest you look somewhere else. For the money they charge in rent they have no: pool or play area for kids and no park close, you pay ALL utilities even trash and sewer that is included in other places, the traffic is busy on the street, the room sizes are small, and they are older and show their age. The office is way out dated, they don't use computers to e-mail anything like an up-to-date place would and their fax doesn't always work. The office staff are friendly but do not communicate well with tenants or applicants about what management needs or wants you to do. To say that they were built with the family in mind is a stretch, like saying Taco Bell is the best food you will ever have. For what you will be spending here between rent and the utilities that are covered in other places I would say spend a little time finding a better place then this. My wife and I, both with very high credit scores got the run around in the application process to the point we lost our application fee at the decision of the owner not to rent to us, not based on credit, we are considering notifying the BBB, I had lived here for 7 years with my parents before I got married and they left on good terms.
