Review content:
We were there Saturday evening for dinner. The place was packed. We were happy to find a parking space nearby as we had been told that this is the place for good dosa. Needless to say, we were in for utmost disappointment. The Spring Masala was a form of taco wrapped with little vegetable inside and practically was very soggy. This came with masala (ground cashew nuts) and tomato & fresh coconut chutney and sambar (lentil dipping soup). The chutney is so salty & spicy that we could hardly discern any other flavor. The same goes for the sambar. The Paper Masala is a large crepe that was served rolled up on a plate with a small bowl of creamy spiced potatoes, masala, and chutney. The crepe is fairly crispy, but it is also salty as well as the creamy spiced potatoes. We can not understand how this restaurant gets such good review. Is this the one time that the cook heavy-handed with the salt or is this the normal practice? The amount of sodium in these dishes is a thousand times more than daily recommended amount for healthy eating. Cons: one of worst meal
