The food and ambiance are great, however all this is doomed to fail if the management doesn't train and keep an eye out on the bold rudeness to the customers. The staff of teen girls just don't care and don't mind throwing their comments and attitude at the customers. I was warned prior to going and it was completely true. The staff forgets to bring half of your order and when asking for it doesn't blink and eye at commenting, 'well you have it now so whatever!"" We saw several employees, an average amount of customers and an enormous amount of dirty dishes piling up outside on the patio. No one ever checked on any customers outside let alone refill a coffee or check to see if you had silverware. When my silverware finally arrived, it came wrapped in a coffee soaked paper napkin with no apologies. Eat there at your own risk. I won't return until I hear management/owners have improved the service. Their reputation is loud and clear - terrible service- good food.
