I could not disagree with the other poster more! I'm sorry that they had a bad experience, and I hope they give this business a chance to set right whatever they were unhappy about, because I had one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I can recall in many years! No pressure, I was just approached a few minutes after browsing around their awesome (though packed tight) selection of rustic/cabin/lodge furniture and asked very nicely if I needed any questions answered (They have such beautiful items in their store that I was overwhelmed, but unfortunately didn't have the budget for the furniture as I had only come for a mattress set I needed pronto, upon a referral from a good friend and local Alvin/League City business person.)
Well, I found exactly what I was looking for but better quality and feautures than what I had been quoted on a Sealy-Posterpedic top of the line set, and it was $500 less than I would have paid with Gallery Furniture, and I really have had a good history with good-old Mattress Mack, so I'm not putting them down! These folks are LOCAL manufacturers though, so don't have to have all of the overhead advertising, admin, etc. costs. Wow, what a win-win situation ... buy local, support local and get a better deal on top of it!
On top of it all, there was road construction in front of my house and the delivery guys got their truck stuck trying to get up my driveway! Well, with some shovels and bottles of cold water to keep them going the guys took care of the issue with great humor and attitutude. I told them to just pull the truck out so as to not cause them anymore hassle and we'd worry about the delivery another day. No way, they moved my older mattres set to the guest room for me and got the new set in and set up with not one complaint and good cheer.
What else can I say! I'll be doing business with these folks again! (I can't wait to save up some money to acquire some of their really nice cabin/lodge style furniture with a lot of distressed finish cool painted items that I checked out today!)
I give them a definate FIVE STARS!
