Review content:
Unfortunately, I don't have anything good to say about Paul Vinson and Vinson Landscaping. I have called him atleast 15-20 times over the last 6 months to get him here to correct his work. But he doesn't answer. \r
Originally, when I hired him, he told me he had built MANY ponds and waterfalls....which, in my opinion, I now feel was a lie. He knew nothing about how a pond needed to be terraced. He knew nothing about building a bog, and even worse, I had to go out there numerous times and correct the work they were doing. After he had his team dig the hole they left for the day. I called him and told him that we had some adjustments to make. When I got home from work the next day they had already poured the cement. I explained to him exactly how I wanted the waterfall to look. I even referenced a picture that he had showed me of work HE HAD SUPPOSEDLY DONE in the past. The waterfall he built for me was 100% incorrect. He had also never installed a pump like the one that I purchased (which is your standard large pond pump). He promised me that he would read up and learn what was needed.....he didn't. The pump is completely incorrectly installed and sits in a low spot that collects water. I am now fighting numerous leaks and serious water drainage problems. I have tried to get Paul Vinson out here for months to correct his insufficient work, no luck. I have been left no choice but to call someone else to do the repairs. To add one more problem to the list. His team installed a patio in which he was to install drip lines on the PRE-EXISTING sprinklers in the four corners of the patio. After he never returned my calls, I pulled up the pavers to do the work myself. THE SPRINKLERS ARE GONE. He completely removed that section of the system after I specifically spoke with him about the drip system. There is so much more that was poorly done but I am out of space. In my opinion, Paul Vinson is NOT a reputable landscaper and should never be trusted to complete a job correctly.
Cons: Poor work, terrible timing, lack of product knowledge
