I like to do business locally as much as possible. Even after reading poor reviews on Central Oregon Eye Care's lack of billing/insurance services - I gave them a shot at our family business. I should have paid attention to the reviews because we paid big time afterwards. Completely mislead on what the insurance company would pay, what services we qualified for, etc. They never acknowledged a problem - pushed the blame on our insurance company, didn't apologize, didn't try and work with us to keep our business. They are very expensive and if you need to rely on having insurance to off-set the high prices, you better look elsewhere.
