We are extremely unhappy with our experience at Hair and Nails 2000! First we called to get a quote on the price of getting Gel or Acrylic nails and we were quoted $17.00. We called again to make sure of the price because it seems awful inexpensive and they quoted the same price. So my 2 girls went in to get their nails done for Prom. The girls doing their nails asked them if the length was alright and they said yes, then both of the manicurist proceeded to file and file their nails and shape them. They kept getting shorter and shorter and ended up looking nothing like they wanted them to look like for their special event. Might I add, both of their nails looked terrible! The owner/ a man, was very rude and refused to do anything for the girls to fix what they did not like. He told them he would not do anything to remedy their unhappiness that their nails looked fine. The girls were not given a choice on the length of the nails and this nail salon would not do anything additional to make them happy! They scammed us on the phone to get us in there, did their nails and then charged us double when done, $33! They saw 2 young girls coming and scammed them big time! They certainly do not belive in the old motto to make the customer happy and the customer is always right! The owner is extremely rude and I definately do not recommend this business!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Find a more quality salon who aims to please!
