Horrible. I wouldn't come here again! I rather take it to the Altamonte location. Thought every station is the same. I thought wrong.\r

I got my oil changed yesterday. However when they changed the oil filter, they were banging my car from underneath. My boyfriend got out of the car and they told him not to get out. He got out anyways and started arguing to find out what is going on. \r

When the service was done, the car wouldn't start. They had to bang the starter and finally it started. The associate said that my starter is bad. We told him the starter worked fine when we pulled up and it is new, what did you do???\r

After leaving the shop, later that evening, our mechanic came to look at it and the starter was tampered, missing bolts and the place where I bought the starter said it is dead. Starter is not even a month old. I had to replace it (under lifetime warranty), re-installed it, paid for mechanic labor and car started up again without problems. On another note, my mechanic said they did not tighten the oil filter on and it was leaking oil.\r

Thank God my car is running great again. I have no extra money to buy a new one and I intend to run my 01 Acura CL Type S to the ground.\r

I read other reviews and this is not the first time they messed up cars. I came here to give your shop the benefit of the doubt. They reviews weren't made up. Stop doing this fools. Why bother? Your not even a mechanic shop, how would this benefit your shop? If anything it didn't!\r

Listen you just made two angry customers...we waisted time, money and almost lost a good car. I would never come back here and you better believe we will tell everybody not to come here. I hope you lose your business! I'm may not be the one to do it but certainly somebody else will.
