DO NOT USE! I had a horrible experience when I contracted this company for a bus to transport clients from their office to a restaurants. As the driver was heading towards the restaurant, he drove past the restaurant and then tried to stop and turn in someone's driveway and while trying to get out got the bus stuck in the mud. The passengers had to walk several blocks to get to the restaurant. But, while this was happening no one told my office what had happened and my customer had to call and tell me what was happening. We tried to call Carefree Bus but no one answered until the 4th call, and then some guy named Paul just told us he didn't know what we were talking about. So he hung up to call his driver, we sat there waiting for 20 mins to hear back and never did so we kept calling and getting voice mail and Paul finally answered in which he said yes the bus was stuck .... that was it ... we asked if they would send another bus and the only answer was that only if this one got out of the mud. So we found another company at the last minute to help us, saviors over at Saddle River Coach, who got over to meet our customers and cancelled the ride with Carefree. But that's not all, the driver of the Carefree bus had managed to get unstuck and when to the restaurant and when inside and started trying to force our customers back onto the bus before they had even eaten. It was horribly embarrassing and to top it all off they still charged us for it since they claimed they still got there. HORRIBLE! They wouldn't answer our calls, tell us what was going on, and embarrassed us in front of our customers.
