Very friendly until they've been paid and the check clears and you need to have them come back out because they've misdiagnosed the problem. Then you don't get phone messages returned, the one time you lucked up and reached them they have you wait 5 hours for them to NOT show up. When you call to find out when to expect them to arrive you don't get a returned phone call. Service Magic even spoke with Danny and asked that he contact me. I called him literally 10 mins after Service Magic spoke with him, straight to voice mail and I still waiting for a returned phone call.\r

So I spent $85 for him to spend 10-15 minutes at my house, remove a light from an outside post and tell me what's NOT wrong with it. I will NEVER call this company to do any work at my house and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else!!!
Pros: Friendly before they get paid.
Cons: Too many to list.
