Review content:
I would recommend this fitness center more fore the casual weightlifter, exerciser. The crowd is older and is in for physical therapy and weight loss. Not recommended for the serious weightlifter. Not a whole lot of free weights and dumbbells are limited to 5-90lbs. Do not go heavy on the smith machine as I think it will fall apart. It started to move on me with 315 lbs. Doesnt have a good sound system and without headphones it is hard to get pumped up to oldies and soft 80s rock. Good selection of cardio machines, often limited during peak rush times, 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Strength of this center is its exercise classes, which range from cardio kickboxing to traditional aerobics. Pros: Exercise Classes, Staff Cons: Equipment, Size
