Review content:
My family and I are now EX-Dominick’s Pizza customers. We had been ordering from them regularly for about three years. We have always loved the pizza and have never had any problems until today. We have even catered two most likely three big parties and were planning on having them cater my nephew’s birthday party again next week. After the horrible experience we just had we will never order from them again! \r
This Christmas weekend, we ordered one extra large pizza and one medium pizza for us and our extended family visiting from Columbia, MO. The extra large pizza was completely smashed and totally inedible. My sister called and told the woman on the other end of the phone what happened, and she said we will send a new pizza out right away. We received the new pizza at 8:15 and I called back to ask for a $10.00 discount off of the next order. She put the manager on and he said, let me look up your ordering history. \r
This is where I knew this wasn’t going to end well. He informed me the last three orders were for one extra large pizza. I asked him if he thought it was fair, knowing our ordering history, that we want $10 off our next order. I proceeded to tell him that we have relatives in from out of town and small children waiting up to eat dinner and 8:15 is too late. Needless to say, he refused my request of a $10.00 discount on the grounds of there usual policy IS to discount $10.00, but since we returned the damaged pizza, untouched, for a new one, it no longer applied. \r
Seriously?! I told him that we will be ordering from Lou Malnatis from now on. The Dominick’s Pizza manager decided that we were expendable customers, and made it clear that he didn’t care if we took our business else ware. My family and I will now make it a point of no longer raving about how great Dominick's Pizza is. Instead, anytime someone mentions ordering pizza, we tell the story of the year our Christmas weekend was ruined by ill-mannered staff and management that clearly don't give a crap about there regular customers. I have never complained over the phone or publicly about any restaurant, and I am sorry to say that Dominick’s is the first.\r
\r
Sincerely,\r

VERY Disappointed\r
Cons: Rude management.
