I have been working in this company for more than two years.
The owner of the company Thota is a incompetent fellow. His foundation is ability to speak lies, he has no qualms to tell lies to everybody.
He acts like a gentleman in front of new recruits, once they start generating money he will show the real face. Whatever emails you send or phone calls you make he and his staff will be like a buffalo very difficult to get things done. They will never pay overtime wages.
Overcrowded and stinking guest houses.
Incompetent and dishonest marketing people.
Little or no management.
No direct clients
No on time payments
Pros: If you have nothing it might work
Cons: It is not a place to start or build a career
