My experience at the Haven of Mercy Thrist Store was always postive. They offer used TVs for far below what you might pay at a retail store. They even have antique items if you are more fortunate than most! What they do to support the less fortunate is remarkable. You can tell that God has His hand over this wonderful group of people working there. I have been witness to remarkable kindness and courtesy from the folks that work there. I also know that most, if not all of them, donate their time and are not paid for doing so. Maybe more of us could benefit by doing the same?
