Review content:
I hired this company to clean my 4 bedroom 3 bath house. The very first appointment they showed up over an hour late, and barely apologized. Stupidly I decided to hire them again because they did a decent job cleaning. For the second appointment they did not even bother to show up! I had to call them several times to get an answer as to why they hadn't come that day. According to the owner, he had overbooked them, so they missed several of their appointments. He then promised me that he would make it up to me by offering me a free cleaning. When I called to schedule this appointment, they never had the courtesy to return my call. I would not bother to hire this company. They are unprofessional, and worst of all are rude to their clients.
