Review content:
I completely agree with the others who gave them a poor rating!! They have botched up two installations and we have called repeatedly, written letters, and they always find an excuse!! They are awuful, take absolutely NO responsibility for what they do. They workers are either poorly trained or just dont give a darn about what they do!! And Direct TV wont take any responsibility for it either so you are screwed. I will NEVER let another one of them in my house. I want to run screaming from Direct TV but when I do I will be sure to find out if the next company uses Ironwood. Be sure to ask and inspect everything they do. Then again, if I knew how to do it myself I would have, they are supposed to be the experts.
