Review content:
fitness together has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. i was out of shape, overweight, and had limited mobility due to hip and knee issues. joe educated himself to try different ways to help me get to where i needed to be before my bilateral knee replacements. after my surgery and rehab, joe and i continued with our mission of getting in the best shape possible. the trainers at fitness together coordinate their efforts to provide continuity of care for the clients while one is out on vacation etc. if it wasn't for joe and the rest of the team i wouldn't be where i am today. i lost a total of nearly 30 pounds, 3 dress sizes and it is hard to explain the muscle definition i gained. my husband says my body looks better today than when he met me 26 years ago. i am 52 years old and in the best shape of my life. THANK YOU FITNESS TOGETHER!!!!! THANK YOU JOE!!!!!!!!
